Phone Readings

When calling or emailing to make an appointment, if you do not receive a response back within 24 hours, PLEASE EMAIL SAVINA IMMEDIATELY to let her know.  To email Savina, just click the "Contact Us" link here on the website.

• NOTE: WE ARE LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA.  THE APPOINTMENT TIME YOU ARE GIVEN IS IN CALIFORNIA TIME.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT WHAT THAT TRANSLATES INTO WHERE YOU ARE. 

• PAYMENT FOR A PHONE READING MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE READING.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.  THIS IS THE POLICY OF OUR BOOKKEEPER; SAVINA DOES NOT HANDLE THE BOOKKEEPING, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A READING BEFORE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  IF SOMETHING PREVENTS YOU FROM MAKING A PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR READING, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

PHONE READING PROCEDURE:

1. You call our office at 310-325-3733 to make an appointment.  Savina is often in readings and her assistant often works out of the office, so please leave a message if you get the machine.  Our machine is checked every half hour to hour throughout the day, so your call will be returned promptly.  We are located on the west coast of the United States, so your appointment will be given in OUR time - it is up to you to translate that into your local time.

2. Once your appointment has been set with Savina's office, you can visit her website and click on the "Pay for a reading here" button to pay for your reading.  You can do this immediately after you set your appointment all the way up to 30 minutes before your reading.  If payment is not received by our office at least 30 minutes before your reading, your appointment will be cancelled without notice and the time will be forfeit for the next person on the waiting list. 

3. At the time of your appointment, please call 310-325-3733 for your appointment. 

• When you call for your appointment, if there is no answer, it just means that Savina is still in her last reading, so please just leave a message and CALL BACK EVERY 2 MINUTES until you get an answer.  DO NOT wait 10 or 15 minutes to call back - Savina is often back to back in readings, so she may be unable to give you your full reading time if you wait too long to call back.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SAVINA OFTEN RUNS 2-5 MINUTES BEHIND ON HER READINGS. 

YOU WILL ALWAYS GET YOUR ENTIRE READING - YOUR READING LENGTH WILL BE UNAFFECTED BY THIS, HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE A PHONE READING YOU MAY HAVE TO CALL BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER.  IF THAT IS THE CASE, SAVINA OR HER ASSISTANT WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL AND ASK YOU TO CALL BACK IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME SHE'S RUNNING LATE.  PLEASE CALL BACK IN THE EXACT AMOUNT OF TIME REQUESTED - SOMETIMES, IN AN EFFORT TO BE COURTEOUS, A CLIENT WHO WAS ASKED TO CALL BACK IN 3 MINUTES WILL CALL BACK IN 10 TO 15 MINUTES, MAKING SAVINA RUN MUCH MORE SIGNIFICANTLY LATE.  WHILE YOUR KINDNESS IS APPRECIATED, SAVINA'S READINGS ARE OFTEN BACK TO BACK, MAKING IT IMPORTANT TO STAY AS CLOSE TO HER SCHEDULE AS POSSIBLE.**

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as payment for a phone reading, in addition to PayPal or cash.  If you pay cash for a phone reading, the reading MUST be paid for in advance - NO exceptions.  We DO NOT accept checks, e-checks or money orders for phone readings.

• We now accept payment for your phone reading on the day that you book the appointment, all the way up to 30 minutes before your appointment.  OUR PAYMENT POLICY HAS CHANGED!  We apologize for the inconvenience, however we can no longer take your credit card information over the phone.  We now have an easy-to-use payment system on the website where you can enter your credit card information yourself.  For those who aren't very internet-savvy, don't worry: we included step-by-step instructions and we'll be happy to sit on the phone with you and walk you through it if you have any problems (but we promise, it's really easy!)

• Savina usually has a waiting list, so we MUST receive payment for your phone reading no later than 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR READING.  If we do not receive payment by then, your appointment time will be opened up for the next in line without notice.  If you're not able to give your payment info until your reading, please let us know and we will be happy to acommodate you; however, it will be included in your reading time unless otherwise stated.

• Please be aware that, for our security, we use a phone service which tracks all calls, both incoming and outgoing and these phone records are retained indefinitely.  These records are completely secure and will never be shared with any 3rd party for any purpose other than proof that the reading took place, length of the call, etc. in the event of a chargeback claim.  So as to prevent fraudulent chargebacks, etc., we will not accept calls from a blocked or private number for your phone reading.  When calling in for your phone reading, PLEASE UNBLOCK YOUR NUMBER first or your call will not be taken and any time that "eats into" your appointment while you call us back will be your responsibility.    Thank you.
